Mark L. is currently the Florida Operations Leader and Senior Vice President at Halff. Prior to working at Halff, Mark served in the United States Marine Corps. Mark holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. Mark began their educational journey with an Associate's Degree in Pre Civil Engineering from Tallahassee Community College. Throughout their career, Mark has held various titles in the field of engineering, including Transportation Team Leader, Project Engineer, and CADD Technician.
