Oscar Martinez

Oscar Martinez is an experienced project manager and chemist with a diverse background in environmental science and program management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Halff Associates since August 2022, Oscar previously held roles such as Senior Program Chemist at Oneida Tribal Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) from August 2015 to August 2022 and Program Chemist/Project Manager at Versar from January 2015 to August 2015. Oscar's career at Leidos spanned nearly two decades, including positions as Chemist, Environmental Scientist, and Data Manager from January 1996 to January 2015.
