Craig Moore is an experienced Area Manager and Senior Retail Leader with over 30 years in high street retail management, including 16 years in a multi-site role. They have demonstrated a proven track record in delivering business change and achieving top sales metrics while fostering colleague development and maintaining a strong customer-centric culture. Currently a Senior Store Manager at Halfords, Craig has also served as a Regional General Manager and previously held key positions at Kwik-Fit and Motor World, where they consistently achieved top sales results and drove operational excellence. Craig holds a diploma in Equality and Diversity from Staffordshire University and a City and Guilds certification in Retail and Distribution from the Glasgow Retail Training Association.
