Bob Elrod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. Currently serving as a Certified Halftime Coach at Halftime since May 2023, Bob has previously held significant roles at Johnson Controls, including Area Service Manager for the Mid-South region and Metro General Manager from January 2012 to May 2023. Earlier in the career at Johnson Controls, Bob was the Branch Manager across multiple cities and was involved in Healthcare Solution Sales from 2001 to 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at GE Healthcare from 1998 to 2001 and District Sales Manager at GE from 1989 to 1998. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
