Mathilda Fourie is an experienced professional with a strong background in community transformation and coaching. Currently serving as the CEO of Vastfontein Community Transformation since March 2016, Mathilda oversees initiatives aimed at breaking systemic poverty, including managing orphan care homes, an early childhood development center, and a primary school. As a Halftime coach and facilitator since February 2011, Mathilda assists baby boomers in discovering their purpose for the second half of life. Additionally, Mathilda works as a business coach and transformation specialist at Faith@work, driven by a passion for mentoring people and making a difference. Previous roles include Managing Director at MNB International IT Services and Technical Programme Integrator at Nedbank, where significant projects included managing the Y2K testing and the implementation of new systems during major mergers. Mathilda's educational background includes attendance at Hoerskool Voortrekkerhoogte from 1974 to 1977.
