Rick L. Davis is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales, business development, and coaching. Currently serving as a Halftime Certified Coach at Halftime Institute, Rick facilitates impactful life transitions for high-capacity leaders. As the President and Founder of What'sNEXT!, Rick focuses on guiding individuals toward meaningful change. Rick's previous roles include Senior Partner in Business Development at Force Management, Regional General Manager for Halliburton’s Landmark division in the MENA region, and various executive positions at IHS, TIBCO Software, and early-stage companies. Rick's educational background includes a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and graduate studies toward an MBA at The University of Texas at Dallas.
