Amna Alzaabi

Amna Alzaabi currently serves as an Oracle Cerner Support Engineer at Oracle, having started in March 2023. Previously, Amna worked as a Data Engineer at Wood from December 2022 to March 2023 and as a researcher at the Rak Center for Statistics and Studies between November 2021 and May 2022, focusing on collective research and communication with government institutions. Experience at RAKBANK from December 2020 to December 2021 included skills acquired in a call center, emphasizing superior communication and problem-solving capabilities. Amna also held the position of Application Developer at Marget from June 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included developing mobile applications and ensuring code quality. Earlier roles include serving as a Technical Support Agent at Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital in 2019, working in planning, applications, and server support.
