Ken Steers

Ken Steers is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. Since December 2005, Ken has served as the Group Human Resources Director at Cordant Group PLC, where responsibilities include shaping the people agenda and overseeing HR and L&D teams across recruitment, security, and cleaning divisions. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Human Resources Director at Action West London from March 2019 to May 2020 and served as a Member of the Board of Trustees, contributing to the strategic development of the organization.
