Currently serving as the Directeur du Développement Digital at Halifax Consulting since January 2017, Ernst previously contributed to DBBS from November 2014 to November 2019, focusing on supporting foreign companies entering the French market through commercial, marketing, and legal strategies. Ernst founded and led Sportshop.fr, establishing it as a leading online sporting goods retailer in France from 2002 to 2015. Additional roles include consulting at IBC La Défense (1996–2003) for foreign entities, directing private label initiatives at Bols Wessanen, and managing sales and development at Unilever throughout Europe. Ernst's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Law and Business from Université Leiden and strategic management training at Hult Ashridge.
