Nathan Laird

Nathan Laird possesses extensive experience in diverse roles focused on leadership, business development, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Investor Engagement & Growth at Halifax Partnership since November 2017, Nathan oversees the Connector Program, facilitating connections for skilled immigrants and recent international graduates. Additional experience includes managing branch operations as Branch Manager at Adecco and fostering client relationships as Business Development Manager at Kelly Services. Nathan's early career included roles at ADP and Xerox, where responsibilities ranged from human capital management to large contract implementations. A strong entrepreneurial spirit is evident in Nathan's small business venture, designing and fabricating custom furniture from reclaimed materials. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Allison University and a Master's degree in 20th Century Military History from the University of New Brunswick.
