Robyn Webb

Robyn Webb serves as the Director of Labour Market Development and Executive Director of the National Connector Program at Halifax Partnership, a role held since June 2004. In this capacity, Robyn spearheads talent attraction and retention initiatives, including the Connector Program, Atlantic Immigration Pilot, Experiential Learning Initiative, and Global Talent Stream. Additionally, Robyn engages with Canadian communities and industry associations to implement the Connector Program effectively. Previously, as Director of Business Retention and Expansion within the SmartBusiness team, Robyn focused on understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by employers in Greater Halifax, using insights gained from these interactions to foster economic growth. Robyn holds a Commerce degree with a concentration in Marketing from Saint Mary's University.
