Melanie Pedersen

Melanie Pedersen is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational support roles. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Halifax Regional Centre for Education since September 2018, Melanie's previous roles include Achieve Program Assistant at NSCC and Research Assistant at the Centre de recherche et de développement en éducation. Additionally, Melanie has extensive teaching experience with positions held at GlenCairn Educational Services Ltd., New Brunswick Public Schools, and Chignecto Regional School Board, including educational instruction within correctional facilities. Melanie Pedersen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Elementary Education from the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
