Shauna Robar

Shauna Robar is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in secondary education and specialized instruction. Currently serving as a Secondary Teacher at Halifax Regional Centre for Education since August 2020, Robar previously held roles as a Learning Centre Teacher and a Secondary Teacher with Halifax Regional School Board. Responsibilities included direct instruction and collaboration in program planning for student needs. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a Second Language and Academic Writing at Mount Saint Vincent University and teaching Individuals and Societies at the International School of Nanshan Shenzhen. Robar holds a Bachelor of Education in English and Social Studies and a Master of Education in Inclusion from Acadia University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English, Psychology, and History from Saint Mary's University and a French certificate from The University of British Columbia.
