Colleen Rollings P.eng.

Colleen Rollings P.Eng., PMP, is the President of H3R Inc., a project management company specializing in institutional, municipal, and utility projects, where Colleen has served as Principal Project Manager and Owner since January 2017. Colleen also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Commissioners for Halifax Water, representing residents and providing strategic leadership since March 2019. Additionally, Colleen manages significant projects for IWK Health Centre and has served as Engineer-in-Residence at Dalhousie University. With a robust background in engineering and project management, including directorial experience at Heritage Gas Limited and various roles in natural gas utilities, Colleen possesses comprehensive expertise in infrastructure development and project execution. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
