Currently serving as the Communications and Public Relations Manager at Halifax Water since April 2009, James has previously held positions such as Communications & Public Relations Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing & Communications Project Manager at Halifax Regional Municipality from January 2000 to April 2009 and as Promotions/News Room Producer at ATV/ASN Television Stations from June 1990 to July 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Mary's University (1981-1984) and a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from Loyalist College (1988-1990). James's foundational education was obtained at Halifax West High School (1978-1981).
