After graduation from the Finance, accounting and banking Department at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, Mr. Ademi started his career in 1986 in JIK Banka Skopje Branch at the Credits and liquidity Division. His professional career starts ascending in 1994, when he was active in IK Banka AD Skopje, where in the period from 1994 to 1999 he held various positions as a Manager of Credit, treasury and liquidity Division, Manager of the Brokerage Department, as well as Acting Manager of IK Banka Branch Bitola. Important highlight in this period is his position of Acting General Manager of IK Banka AD Skopje from 1995 to 1996. Further milestone in Mr. Ademi’s rising career is the position of Senior Vice President at Ziraat Banka AD Skopje from 1999-2001. Shortly after, in March 2001 he is being promoted as a General Manager of Ziraat Banka AD Skopje, which among other responsibilities includes membership of the Risk Management Board. After the successful acquisition of Ziraat Bank AD Skopje by Halk Banka AD Skopje, Mr. Ademi’s next professional challenge and responsibility is the position of Executive Director and a member of Executive Board of HALKBANK AD Skopje. From June 2016 until December 2017 Mr. Turhan Ademi held the position of Acting Chief Executive Director of Halk Banka AD Skopje.
Mr. Ademi as an Executive Director is responsible for the Division of HR and organization, Division of Credits and Division of Treasury and International Banking.
