David Kundinger

David Kundinger, PE, currently serves as R&D Manager and Senior R&D Engineer at Halkey-Roberts Corporation since September 2022, focusing on the design of high power connector systems for subsea oil and gas applications. Prior experience includes roles at Plasma-Therm as Product Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineer, and at Hydro-Dyne Engineering, Inc. as a Sales Engineer. David also worked at Teledyne Oil & Gas as a New Product Development Engineer II and contributed to the development of subsea acoustic devices at Sparton Corporation. Early career experiences include internships at RTI Biologics, where biomechanical testing was performed, and at Kyra Manufacturing Inc., involving engineering design for government contracts. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
