Tamar Schamroth Liptz

Tamar Schamroth Liptz is a Senior Associate at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the firm’s Portfolio Management practice in San Francisco. She is responsible for developing investment management strategy and constructing, monitoring, and rebalancing investment portfolios.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Schamroth Liptz was a Partner and Equities Analyst for the Oppenheimer Family Office in South Africa. She was responsible for research, investing in equities across Africa, and capital raising. Ms. Schamroth Liptz started her career as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Johannesburg.

Ms. Schamroth Liptz is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
