David M. Jones

David Jones is a trial lawyer. He has tried cases to jury verdicts in Colorado County, State, and Federal Courts as lead trial counsel. David’s practice emphasizes professional liability defense, particularly in defending physicians, dentists/oral surgeons, and health care professionals in lawsuits and before their respective licensing boards and credentialing entities. He is panel counsel for local and national professional liability insurers. David is also involved in defending motor vehicle and consumer products manufacturers in products liability matters. David presents seminars and panel discussions concerning risk management, case development, and trial presentation. David serves on Hall & Evans’ Recruiting and Inclusiveness committees.

David is a Colorado native. He earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
