Madeleine E. Young

Madeleine Young concentrates her practice in civil litigation. Ms. Young represents retailers, restaurants, and bars with issues involving the premises liability act and the dram shop act. She also defends healthcare providers, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in a variety of medical claims. Prior to Joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Young worked at a boutique insurance defense firm based in Chicago.

While attending DePaul University College of Law, Ms. Young received the Dean’s Achievement Scholarship, was a Jaharis Health Law Institute Fellow, and member of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. She also participated in the DePaul National Trial Team and the Civil Litigation and Health Law Clinic.
