Heather Phillips

Heather Phillips is a Deputy District Attorney at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office, a position held since November 2017, and also serves as a Legal Research Assistant at the Sacramento District Attorney's Office since August 2017. In addition, Phillips has worked as a Law Clerk at Green & Hall, APC since May 2015, and holds the titles of Legislative and Comment Primary Editor and Comment Staff Writer at McGeorge Law Review (UPLR) since August 2015. Early career experience includes an internship at Brennan Defense from June to September 2012. Heather Phillips earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 2017 and holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Legal Studies and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained in 2013.
