Prior to this, Ellen held various roles at companies such as Johnson Matthey, KP Snacks, and Marks and Spencer. Ellen also has experience in marketing, office coordination, and student ambassadorship. Ellen holds a Geography degree from the University of Leeds and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
