Justin W. Pendleton

Justin Pendleton concentrates his practice defending hospitals, medical professionals, and long-term care facilities in a variety of litigation and transactional-based actions, including medical malpractice, assault, elder abuse, wrongful death, credentialing, and employment disputes. He has successfully tried cases before judges and juries throughout Utah, and has diligently represented clients towards innovative solutions through mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. He has dealt with high exposure cases involving media management and reputation rehabilitation. Although a vigorous defense is often required, Justin strives to implement prevention solutions for his clients by conducting in-service programs, seminars, and roundtables. The goal of those services through the firm’s industry-leading advisory group, HPS Advise, is to enable practitioners to improve operations and ultimately improve patient care.
