Amber Mahoney

Amber Mahoney is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in representing insurers and managing claims in various courts. Currently serving as Special Counsel and previously as Senior Associate at Hall & Wilcox since June 2015, Amber has been involved in overseeing multiple claims before the District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Court of Appeal, and facilitating mediation processes. Prior to this role, Amber was a Senior Associate at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from October 1999 to June 2015, where notable achievements included successfully defending an infant claim with an admitted breach of duty of care, focusing on the plaintiff's inability to prove injury, loss, or damage. Amber holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, completed from 1996 to 2002, and has a foundational education from SCEGGS Darlinghurst.
