Eugene Chen

Eugene Chen started their work experience as a Tax Consultant at KPMG in February 2006. Eugene then joined Hall & Wilcox in October 2007, where they currently serve as a Partner & Head of China Practice. In this role, Eugene specializes in capital raising, funds management, financial services licensing, and anti-money laundering law. Eugene provides services to Australian and Chinese fund managers, corporate advisors, banks, financial institutions, institutional investors, and ultra-high net worth investors. Eugene is also a native Mandarin speaker and leads a team of bilingual legal advisors at Hall & Wilcox.

Eugene Chen completed their Bachelor of Commerce and Laws degree from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Commerce and Law, from 2001 to 2006. Eugene continued their education at the same university and pursued a Master of Laws degree, specializing in Law, starting in 2009. The end year for their Master's degree has not been specified.
