William Neuburger

Director of Engineering at Hallam-ICS

William Neuburger is currently the Director of Engineering at Hallam-ICS. William has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on wind turbines and power electronics. William started their career as a student assistant at MCEER, where they worked for two years before moving on to HEC Energy and Design Services. At HEC, they worked their way up from student assistant to lead, before leaving in 2000 to join Select Energy Services. At Select Energy, they served as Senior Project Manager for six years before being forced out during a reorganization. William then took a position as Interim Director of Engineering at Community Wind, where they helped develop and deploy the NW100 wind turbine. In 2010, they left Community Wind to search for their next career opportunity.

William Neuburger's educational career began with him obtaining a BS in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Leigh Tintle - Electrical Engineer, Anthony Zimdars - Project Manager, and Zack Baldwin - Mechanical Engineer report to William Neuburger. William Neuburger reports to Keith Flaherty, President & CEO. They work with Chris Giusto - Regional Manager, South Atlantic & Director of Industrial Projects & Combustible Dust Safety, Scott King - VP & National Director of Electrical Safety Services, and Pete Niarchos - Senior Controls & Automation Project Manager.
