Rick Lucio

Richard Lucio is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Since January 1998, Richard has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Hallberg Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing corporate business development and managing engineering projects. Prior to this role, Richard held key positions as Vice President and Project Manager in the commissioning department. Earlier professional experience includes staff engineer roles at Mammoth Air Conditioning and McQuay International. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and completed a Mini MBA Program in Business Management at the University of St. Thomas in 2007.
