Joe Drouin

Joe Drouin currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Halle Capital since October 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions including Strategic Advisor to the CIO at PulteGroup from March 2013 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing information technology and customer experience with a team of 250 and an $85M budget. Joe also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Tradesmen International, reviewing the technology strategy post-acquisition by Blackstone. Previous experience includes roles as SVP & CIO at Kelly Services, managing global IT operations, and VP & CIO at TRW Automotive, overseeing a $200M budget and 750 employees across 25 countries. Joe's career commenced with project management at Perot Systems and systems engineering at EDS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Western University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis.
