Atif Abbas

Atif Abbas is an accomplished professional in the field of petroleum engineering, currently serving as a Principal Technical Professional at Halliburton since July 2019. In this role, Atif Abbas focuses on cementing job design, well support, and post-job analysis while fostering relationships with a technical customer base. Prior to this position, Atif Abbas was a Cementing Technical Engineer and Lab Manager at NESR, where responsibilities included leading technical efforts for ADNOC and ARAMCO. Atif Abbas began the career as a Laboratory Technologist with Halliburton and National Petroleum Services, specializing in cementing and stimulation laboratory work. Atif Abbas holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and another Master of Science in Chemistry from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
