Konstantin Osypov

Konstantin Osypov is a highly experienced geophysicist and technical advisor currently serving as the Chief Technical Advisor for Computational Science and Engineering for Energy at Halliburton since March 2022. Prior to this role, Konstantin co-founded Osypov Consulting and held positions including Team Lead in Geophysical Technology at Aramco Services Company and Research Project Manager at Chevron. With a robust background in research and development, Konstantin has directed significant projects focused on machine learning applications in seismic imaging and has led teams in developing innovative technologies for Earth model building at Schlumberger. Konstantin's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Geophysics from St. Petersburg University, achieved between 1982 and 1992.
