Lesley Coyle

Lesley (Roth) Coyle is an experienced professional in environmental management and property taxation, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Halliburton since March 2021, after holding the position of Senior Environmental Specialist from June 2008 to 2018. Additionally, since September 2018, Lesley has directed the Property Tax division at the South Dakota Department of Revenue, overseeing compliance and developing training solutions for county officials. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from Black Hills State University. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist with CBM Associates and Ecosystem Research Group, as well as hands-on experience as a Seasonal Ranch Hand at Roth Ranch.
