Roy Farmer

Roy Farmer is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as a Principal HSE Technical Professional at Halliburton since July 2014, Roy has also been active as a self-employed OSHA Instructor since March 2014, specializing in OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certifications and a variety of safety training topics. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Operational Safety Manager for an Environmental, Health and Safety Management Consultant, overseeing safety operations for oil platform cleaning and compliance with DOT regulations. As General Manager at Concordia Turtle Farm from July 2000 to June 2012, Roy ensured regulatory compliance and served as a key liaison with major safety agencies. Roy holds an Associate’s Degree in Safety Engineering Technology from Fox Valley Technical College and further education from The University of Texas at Arlington.
