Timo Juurakko

Timo Juurakko is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and consultancy. Currently, Timo serves as the Managing Director of Spa Hotel Kunnonpaikka, a 150-room hotel and wellness center located near Kuopio. As the CEO and Founder of Juurakko Päämaja Oy, Timo specializes in business consultancy and investments, holding majority ownership in Pohjan Kruunu Oy. Timo also contributes as a Board Professional for Hallituspartnerit Itä-Suomi ry and has held the position of Chairman at Pohjan Kruunu Oy. Previous roles include Senior Advisor in corporate operations at Businesskauppa, cooperation partner at PJ Maa Partners Oy, and Project Leader for an EU-funded initiative supporting entrepreneurship in Savonia. Timo's career began with strong leadership positions, including CEO at Vetrea Terveys Oy and Midas Touch Oy, and a business development role at OP-Pohjola Group. Timo holds an Executive MBA in International Marketing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and is an Approved Board Professional.
