Jorge Berrios, PE, LEED AP, CFEI has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Jorge started their career as an Electrical Engineer in the Power and Energy Industry from December 2011 to September 2015. Jorge then joined ProCon Engineering, Inc. in October 2015 as a Senior Electrical Engineer until January 2019. During this role, they were responsible for various electrical engineering projects. Since February 2019, Jorge has been working at Halliwell Engineering Associates, where they initially served as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager and is currently the Director of Electrical Engineering. Their expertise and experience in the field make him a valuable asset to the company.

Jorge Berrios holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta. Jorge obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in March 2023. Additionally, they hold a LEED AP® BD+C certification from Green Business Certification, Inc., obtained in May 2022. Jorge received their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Kentucky in September 2019. Jorge Berrios is also a LEED® Green Associate™, certified by Green Business Certification, Inc., achieved in August 2017. Jorge is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) accredited by the National Association of Fire Investigators. As for additional certifications, they hold a Professional Electrical Engineer certification from the State of California, and they have pursued Professional Engineer (PE) certifications in several other states, including Tennessee, Kansas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, Iowa, New York, Ohio, and Michigan.
