Alice Rao

Alice Rao has extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Alice most recently worked as the SVP of Publicity at Hallmark Media starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles as a Communications & PR Consultant at companies such as Netflix, HBO Max, Turner Networks, NBC, and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, starting in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Head of Communications at Astronauts Wanted within Sony. Before that, they served as a Communications & PR Consultant at A+E Networks, Viacom's EPIX, BAFTA, Colaborator, Astronauts Wanted, and Urban Outfitters from 2013 to 2016. From 2007 to 2012, Alice worked at AMC Networks as the Vice President of PR & Talent Relations for WE tv & Wedding Central, where they led successful PR campaigns and increased brand awareness. Alice also held positions at NBCUniversal, Inc. as the Director of Publicity for Bravo TV in 2006 and at Discovery Communications as the Manager of Publicity for Animal Planet in 2005.

Alice Rao has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Maryland.
