Shawn Sparks

Shawn Sparks has extensive experience in IT systems and security, currently serving as the Head of IT Systems and Security at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since June 2016, following a role as Sr. Systems Engineer. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of IT Manager and Sr. Network Engineer at Sandlot Solutions, where responsibilities included managing Data Center networking operations with technologies such as Juniper and Cisco. Shawn's earlier career includes significant roles as Network Engineer and Consultant at Blue Jean Networks, Network Administrator at Imagetek Office Systems, and Network Administrator at Skillern's Business Systems. Educationally, Shawn earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Tyler Junior College between 2001 and 2005.
