Charles Holt

Charles Holt brings extensive experience in hotel operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hallmark Inns and Resorts since July 2023. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of General Manager at The Mark Spencer Hotel from April 2017 to July 2023 and at Atrium Hospitality's Holiday Inn Portland Airport from July 2015 to April 2017. Over the years, Charles has consistently excelled in leadership roles, including General Manager positions at John Q Hammons Hotels & Resorts and Lighthouse Lodging Group, Inc. Additionally, Charles has a strong background in sales and marketing, having served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Signature Event Group and Embassy Suites Portland - Washington Square. Charles began a successful career in hospitality as District Director of Sales for AmeriSuites and Regional VP Sales for Performance Hospitality Management.
