Avis Helbert has extensive experience as an executive assistant across various prominent organizations, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the EVP of Content Strategy & Research at Hallmark Media since August 2022. Prior roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Data at Warner Bros. Discovery and to multiple executives at XPRIZE, OpenX, NBCUniversal Media, and The Walt Disney Company. Avis has also held managerial and project coordination positions at California Pizza Kitchen and AT&T Mobility, showcasing a diverse skill set in management and executive support.
