Barbara Roscher has over 35 years of experience in the technology and business sectors, primarily with Hallmark Cards since October 1989 and previously with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City from 1981 to 1989. During their tenure at Hallmark, Barbara held various influential roles including Global IT Portfolio Manager, Technology and Business Strategist, and IT Business Development Manager, where Barbara developed strategic partnerships, managed technology portfolios, and implemented multi-year strategies to enhance business outcomes. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Baker University. Now retired, Barbara is embarking on the next chapter of their professional journey.
