Katy Emerson

Katy Emerson is an accomplished Lean Strategy Implementation Specialist at Hallmark Cards since July 2023, following a series of influential internships with the company. Previously, Katy served as a Supply Chain Intern, where key contributions included developing a Clean, Inspect, Lubricate plan for injection mold machinery and creating a Standardized Operating Procedure for ribbon recycling. Earlier internships involved designing a facility for RF device storage worth $4-5 million and establishing operational protocols for handling these devices. Additionally, Katy worked as a Youth Development Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Fayetteville, responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of K-12 students while training new staff. Katy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
