Megan Theis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and client services. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Digital Product and XD at Hallmark Cards since May 2012, Megan leads a team of product managers to create engaging consumer experiences and develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business needs and consumer insights. Previous roles at Hallmark include Digital Product Director and Digital Product Manager, where notable achievements include the launch of critical business capabilities for the Retail sector, such as the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Prior to Hallmark, Megan worked at Digital Evolution Group and Bernstein-Rein Advertising, managing successful digital initiatives for high-profile retail clients. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Megan brings a strong foundation in strategic communication and business.
