N. Michelle Webb has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an Editor & Special Events Manager at CPG Communications Group, LLC in 1994. N. Michelle held various roles at the company, including Vice President, Executive Editor and VP, Director of Marketing & Communications. At CPG Communications Group, LLC, they guided strategic marketing and communications strategies, managed publications, and positioned companies as employers of choice.

In 2001, Michelle joined the National Eagle Leadership Institute (NELI), where they served as the VP, Director of Communications. In this role, they were responsible for communications, events, sponsorship, and member engagement. N. Michelle played a crucial part in expanding local and national partnerships and advised on fund development strategy.

After leaving NELI in 2014, Michelle worked as the Director of Client Strategy and Planning at Zillner marketing agency, focusing on boomer and senior markets. N. Michelle guided client relationships, brand building, and lead generation, while also planning marketing strategies for senior-living development and expansion projects.

In 2016, they joined Barkley, the nation's largest employee-owned ad agency, as an Account Director, leading the account team for Vanity Fair Lingerie. N. Michelle strengthened client relationships, developed strategic programs to drive product sales, and created annual marketing plans.

Following their time at Barkley, Michelle worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, where they communicated the value of membership and led member-based social media and ambassador programs.

Since 2018, Michelle has been employed at Hallmark Cards. N. Michelle started as a Strategic Communications Manager, supporting the vision of creating a more emotionally connected world. Later, they became the Communications Director and then the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Corporate Communications and DEI, where they guide strategic communication, crafts brand messages, and delivers executive communication to a global base of employees, customers, and consumers.

N. Michelle Webb has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Media Arts from Hampton University. N. Michelle also holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Webster University. Furthermore, they attended Notre Dame de Sion School, a college preparatory school for girls.
