Stephen Hills is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Operations & Supply Chain Solution Leader at Hallmark Cards since June 1995. With a focus on translating strategy into actionable business operations and supply chain capabilities, Stephen has held various roles within Hallmark, including Demand and Inventory Director, Demand, Inventory, and Supply Chain Planning Resource Manager, Direct Sourcing Project Manager, Demand and Inventory Planning Manager for Finished Goods, Demand and Inventory Planner for Finished Goods, and Manufacturing Section Manager for Finished Goods Production. Prior to Hallmark, Stephen gained experience in retail operations and store planning at Wal-Mart from September 1988 to June 1995.
