Vernon Clements

Vernon Clements is an experienced Tax Manager who has been working at Hallmark Cards, Inc. since July 1989. Prior to that, Vernon held positions as a Sr. Tax Analyst at Central Soya Company and as an Income Tax Auditor IV at Kansas Dept. of Revenue. Vernon earned their education at Kansas State University from 1978 to 1982. Currently, Vernon is responsible for all aspects of sales, use, excise, and property taxes for Hallmark Cards and all its domestic subsidiaries.
