As Chief Marketing Officer at Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Matt Resteghini oversees all company marketing efforts from strategy through execution. An accomplished marketing leader with a proven record of developing talented teams and building winning strategies, Resteghini brings a wealth of experience across several industries and domains, including healthcare, recruitment, talent management, and software-as-a-service (SaaS), among others. His background includes scaling early-stage startups and driving meaningful growth at more mature businesses.
Matt’s 25+ year career includes extensive digital, brand, and product marketing expertise. He is skilled at marrying performance-driven marketing strategy with creative storytelling to achieve success.
As one of Monster’s earliest employees, Matt was an instrumental leader in building The Monster Board from a small startup into the multibillion-dollar Monster.com. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, he led Monster through a global rebrand, oversaw go-to-market strategy and execution for its flagship products, and led various sales and marketing automation efforts – always using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. He continued to serve as SVP of Marketing after Monster was acquired by Randstad, leading integrated marketing efforts for Randstad Digital Ventures’ portfolio of digital companies and helping to scale those businesses by sharing assets across the portfolio. Most recently, Matt served as Chief Marketing Officer at Total Brain, building the marketing team, strategy, and programs that helped grow the mental health SaaS platform company from $2MM to $10MM in ARR, ultimately leading to a successful sale to SonderMind, a unicorn in behavioral healthcare software.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a Marketing concentration from Boston College.
