Arnold Menchel

Arnold Menchel is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in health care law. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Health Care Practice at Halloran & Sage since September 2012, Arnold has a strong background in health care advocacy and fraud prevention. Prior to this role, Arnold spent over three decades at the Connecticut Attorney General's Office, where responsibilities included leading the Health Care Fraud/Whistleblower/Health Care Advocacy Department. Arnold holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Miami.
