Luke Schleicher

Luke Schleicher is an experienced software developer currently serving as a Staff Backend Developer at Hallow since June 2021, focusing on creating a Node.js backend for facilitating prayer and meditation. Previously, Luke held the position of Lead Backend Developer at Tempus, Inc. from May 2019 to June 2021, where a web-based digital pathology tool was matured and maintained using a variety of technologies including TypeScript and Docker, significantly improving test coverage. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Curatess from April 2017 to May 2019, Luke designed a telemedicine web application with various complex features, alongside developing services for EMR integration. Earlier experiences include roles as a Software Engineering Student at Viking Code School, a Front End Developer at Big Tuna Web, and a Content Writer and English Teacher in various educational settings. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College and furthered education at Viking Education.
