Kelly Flinkenberg

Kelly Flinkenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the People, Safety, and Compliance Manager at Hall's Group since July 2020, Kelly previously held the position of HR Manager at WellingtonNZ from July 2017 to July 2020. Prior roles include Senior OD Adviser at New Zealand Fire Service from June 2015 to July 2017 and Manager of the Recruitment Centre at the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, recruitment strategy, and the implementation of employment programs. Additionally, Kelly's earlier experience at MPI includes a secondment as HR Business Partner and another tenure as Senior OD Adviser from August 2009 to 2012.
