Ashley Gertz serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President at Hallstar since February 2018, overseeing HR functions within a company specializing in ester chemistry and industrial applications. Concurrently, Ashley is the Owner of Pure Barre since June 2014. Previous roles include Director of Client Services and Account Manager at EngagementHealth from June 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and implementing wellness programs. Early career experiences involved positions at Bucknell University, including Major Campus Engagements Specialist and Alumni Liaison, alongside an internship in HallStar's Human Resource Department. Ashley holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a B.S/B.A. from Bucknell University.
