Carmen B Masciantonio has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as President of Industrial Solutions at Hallstar since September 2001, where the company specializes in polymer additives and solutions. Earlier roles include Vice President of Supply Chain and General Manager, as well as Business Director and Sourcing/Purchasing Director at RTD Chemicals from October 1995 to March 2001. Carmen's career began at Procter & Gamble, where positions included Sales & Marketing Manager and District Sales Manager in the Chemicals Business. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1984.
